Mechanism of exchange program in Indonesia

1. Location
   • food factories in Central Java Province, Indonesia (i.e. jamu, beverage, bakery industry) and
   • Department of Food Technology, Soegijapranata Catholic University, Indonesia
2. Duration : Mid March until end of May (2.5 Months) with time allocation:
   • 1.5 months – at food industry include among other: processing, quality control, and/or sanitation
   • 1 month – at FTP UNIKA : adaptation, interaction with FTP UNIKA’s students and consultation under supervision of one FTP’s lecturer until the establishment of final report and presentation
3. Facility
   • no tuition fee
   • Free dormitory or homestay
4. Living cost information in Central Java Province – Indonesia
   • Food cost : Rp. 10,000 to Rp’ 15,000/meal or Rp. 900,000 – Rp. 1,350,000/month (2,400 Bt – 3,690 Bt/month)
   • Local publich transportation cost : Rp. 100,000 – Rp.150,000/month )( 275 Bt – 410 Bt/month)
5. Application period : Until end of August every year for next year field work
